    Do you know there is a myth with Almonds that even though it is a good dry fruit, it should be eaten in winter only.
    You must not believe on this as if Almonds can be consumed at any time of the year. The dry fruit is nutritious as well as it is tasty. That’s why it is been added in numerous dishes to improve the taste of the food. Besides, it is used as garnishing material for various food items. It enhances the texture of the food.
